Physical Therapy
Simply put, physical therapy is made up of three parts: assessing movement, determining what is limiting movement, and improving the quality of movement. PT is about giving each patient a nuanced toolbox to stretch and strengthen, so that movement feels good and is good for the body— in other words— is moving optimally. We at ZOOZ utilize a variety of techniques to improve a persons stiffness flexibility and strength. Our goal is to set you on a path towards continued strengthening to live and move well.
